Your Challenge
Do you have an affinity with technology solutions? We need you to drive our inside sales with high customer focus and be the first contact between us and our customers and prospects. Interested?
Your Responsibility
In close cooperation with the international eCommerce sector, local account managers and colleagues from technical support, marketing and field sales you develop end user accounts with the best in-house solutions. You build long-lasting relationships addressing the small and medium players in the Polish and EEU markets with a unique strength when it comes to reliability and robust solutions for Industrial Infra duty environments:
- You are the first contact for customers and prospects;
- You focus both on increase of existing accounts as well new business;
- You make sure your customers are being served in a most proper way;
- You make quotations and build up a relationship with your frequent customers;
- You classify and monitor potential future key accounts, next to generating classified leads for your Account Manager colleagues;
- In close cooperation with marketing, you co-organise sales campaigns.
Who Are You
- With your well-developed customer sensitivity, pleasant communication and social skills you build long term professional relationships with your customer;
- Experience, affinity or interest with technical ICT, electronics or computers is required;
- Background with B2B sales, marketing and e-commerce and some experience with CRM systems (like Siebel or Salesforce) is a plus;
- You are a strong team player, outgoing, well-motivated, goal oriented and empathetic;
- You are fluent in Polish and English. Hungarian or Czech is a pre.
